Eric Musanganya brings a lifetime love of sport to Fitnesspoint. After starting soccer at six and reaching semi-pro by sixteen, an injury redirected his drive into fitness. While studying in the U.S. from 1998, he trained daily and built a practical understanding of conditioning and member care. In 2023, through Notch Up—co-owned with his brother, Olivier Rukundo—Eric became a shareholder in FITNESSPOINT LTD, helping launch the Kibagabaga branch. Working closely with the founders, he’s strengthened service standards and community outreach. Today he supervises the Gacuriro gym and leads initiatives that make quality training welcoming and accessible—so every member feels seen, supported, and inspired.
