Fitnesspointrwanda wraps up Women’s Month with ‘Ride in Pink’ session

Fitnesspoint turned its Remera branch into a vibrant celebration of women, wellness, and community as more than 100 participants gathered for a special “Ride in Pink” spinning session on Saturday, March 28.

Dressed in shades of pink, the women powered through an energetic morning of fitness, networking, and fun—marking Women’s Month in style ahead of its close.

Inspired by pink as a symbol of femininity and strength, the session blended physical activity with social connection, creating a lively space where participants celebrated friendship, self-care, and empowerment.

Led by certified spinning instructor Michelle Nkurunziza, the event offered more than just a workout. It also served as a platform for women to connect, recharge, and reflect on the spirit of International Women’s Day.

“I normally coach spinning classes here at Fitnesspoint, but celebrating women through this session was a way to encourage even more women to embrace sports through spinning,” said Nkurunziza.

The initiative was spearheaded by Serah Kassim, who described “Ride in Pink” as a celebration of women’s potential and a step toward building a stronger community.
